Insurance Policy
Your vacation is insured, from the moment you book to the moment you return home!
Through its agreement with Europ Assistance, Cesenatico Camping Village can offer you, included in the price of your stay, insurance coverage that extends from the moment you confirm your stay to the day you check out.
The insurance policy is taken out only for stays in accommodation units (bungalows, mobile homes, housing tents) for minimum stays of 7 nights. Stays on pitches are excluded.
These are the principal coverage provided by the policy:
- reimbursement of any cancellation fees applied by the campsite;
- reimbursement of medical and pharmaceutical expenses;
- health and personal assistance, including travel medical expenses and early departure.
Failure to comply with the terms of payment for the stay and/or opening a claim, with the consequent forwarding of the documentation to Europ Assistance, constitutes a termination of the contract of stay, with the consequent loss of the right to reimbursement by the insurance company.
The insurance refund, following a cancellation, is subject to full payment of the amount of the stay.
Refunds will be paid net of the insurance deductible and the fixed booking fee.
